The Burnout Clinic
Burnout isn't a personal failure. It's a pattern — and patterns can change.
Bespoke burnout resilience workshops for teams under real pressure, built from your team's own data — not a generic template.
“Burnout rarely looks the same in every workplace, which is why I don't believe in delivering the same workshop to every organisation.”
Important Note
The Burnout Clinic is a psychologically safe space for reflection and resilience-building — not a clinical or psychological service. Our facilitator draws on lived and professional experience in high-pressure industries and is currently completing an MPsych focused on burnout, but is not a psychologist or therapist. No outcomes are guaranteed, and this is not a substitute for professional mental health support. All data shared is anonymous.
The self-assessment and organisational intake are screening and reflection tools written specifically for The Burnout Clinic. They are not licensed, copyrighted or clinically validated instruments, and they do not diagnose anything. Responses are used as anonymous, aggregated data and emergent themes to design a bespoke programme for each organisation.
What We Do
Every workshop is built the same way — around your team, not a template.
We start with an anonymous intake — one layer for leadership, one for individual team members — so the workshop reflects what your people are actually carrying, not a generic burnout checklist. From there, we design a three-session series that gives your team a shared language for burnout, practical tools for boundaries and recovery, and a way to sustain the change together.
Learn about our processTake the Self-Assessment
Curious where you stand?
Our anonymous burnout self-assessment takes about 5 minutes and gives you a snapshot across three areas: emotional exhaustion, cynicism, and professional efficacy.
This is a reflection tool, not a diagnosis — but it's often the first honest conversation people have with themselves about burnout.
